Alex Chee

Fitness Model

Alex is a fitness model and competitor. He has graced the cover of Men's Health Magazine and is a brand ambassador for Optimum Nutrition, a world leading sports nutrition company.

Alex's journey of fitness began at the tender age of 15 as a tall and skinny kid. He discovered his passion early on and set his sights on transforming his overall physique, outlook on life and other people's perception of what it means to be fit. Alex is also an avid vlogger, and is rarely seen without a camera in hand. He often records his progress POV style, inviting his audience to share an unfiltered glimpse into his daily life.

His journey from underweight teenager to A-List Beast has seen him perform extensive research to gain the knowledge to improve his fitness as well as to educate others. Alex's focus is on developing muscular hypertrophy with resistance training every day of the week, clocking in a minimum of 2 hours per session. During competition season, he shifts it up with heavier weights and higher reps.

Alex is a firm believer of Flexible Dieting and doesn't restrict himself to eating only “clean food” but allows himself to indulge in the occasional cheeseburger.

His goal is to inspire others by spreading much needed positivity in their lives, and encouraging others that as long as you're willing to work for the results and help others, anything can be possible.
