What is Fitsifu?

Fitsifu is a platform that brings together Asia’s top fitness trainers and their wealth of life-transforming knowledge on one single platform, at your disposal. It is designed specifically for Asian users, taking into account lifestyles, diets, and cultures that are unique to the rest of the world.


Get and use Fitsifu

Here’s all you need to know to get started with Fitsifu.

Create an account

  1. Download the Fitsifu app on App Store or Google Play
  2. Click on CREATE ACCOUNT
  3. Fill out the details
  4. Select a way to create a free account
  5. Sign up with email

    1. Fill out the details
    2. Click on CREATE ACCOUNT
    3. Fill out the other details
    4. Click on START YOUR JOURNEY.

    Login with Facebook

    1. Click LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK
    2. Enter your Facebook login details and click LOG IN.

Note: Your device may automatically recognize and use any accounts that are already logged in to Facebook.


Refunds


I’d like a refund on my purchase (Workouts/Bundles)

If the item you purchased wasn’t to your satisfaction or you simply had a change in mind, you may request for a refund.

App Store

You made a purchase via App Store and would like a full refund from Apple. Here is a guide to get you started: https://support.apple.com/en-my/HT204084

Google Play

You must make a request for a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

  1. Open a web browser (like Chrome or Safari) on your computer, tablet, or phone.
  2. Navigate to https://play.google.com/store/account (Make sure this is in a web browser and not the Google Play Store app. You can't request a refund in the Google Play Store app)
  3. Scroll down to "Order History" and find the order you want to return. To the right of the order, select More.
  4. Select Report a problem.
  5. Choose the option that describes your situation, complete the form, and say that you would like a refund.
  6. You will see a message saying "thank you for sharing your concerns." Later you will receive an email about your refund.

Note: You can only return a purchase for a refund once. If you purchase it again you will not be able to get a refund. If a refund is issued you will lose access to the item.
