Nana is a fitness model, personal trainer, motivational speaker, TV host and Under Armour global brand ambassador. Blessed with striking good looks and a killer bod, Nana is the embodiment of fit and fabulous, quashing the skinny female stereotype and hitting back with a healthy and strong physique.

Stemming from pure passion, Nana's journey with bodybuilding, fitness and wellness has been a personal one. Barely 3 years ago, she sported a slim and slender figure, weighing in at 44kg but with a 20% body fat percentage. Not content with the shape she was in, Nana underwent an intense training and diet regimen and the results were apparent - she shed 5% body fat and started showing toned curves. Her efforts paid off in big ways, earning her attention from publications such as Women's Health, Elle, Shape and more recently, international recognition from Buzzfeed.

Today, Nana is a full time fitness model, sharing her workout routines with her fans and followers all over the world through social media. Her days are spent juggling photo shoots, client training sessions, meetings and events, and yet she still makes it a point to hit the gym 4-6 times a week with her go-to total body giant sets workout. She holds a personal record of 5 reps executing 100kg squats and 90-100kg deadlifts.

Without a doubt, Nana is a female force to be reckoned with, proving once and for all that strong is the new sexy.
