MuscleMania PRO Champion

Terrence Teo is a professional physique competitor, carrying amongst others, the titles for 6 time world physique champion (under the 2015 and 2016 Musclemania Universe and Musclemania America - Physique PRO class, Physique Overall, and Men Physique Tall Class) and Asia physique champion (under the 2014 Musclemania Asia - Physique Tall Class). He is also the face of Scitec Nutrition, as their Ambassador and sponsored athlete.

As a fitness personality, Terrence has been featured in national / international magazines, newspapers, television programs, and has made appearances in national and international fitness and non-fitness related events.

He has been training at the gym for over 15 years now, is certified as a personal trainer (under the International Personal Trainers & Fitness Academy) and trains clients with aesthetic goals.
